📌 Key Responsibilities:

📞 Make outbound calls to students and parents from the provided database

🎓 Explain MBBS abroad admission processes, universities, fee structures, eligibility, and benefits

🤝 Counsel students and parents to help them choose suitable universities based on their career goals

📅 Follow up regularly with interested candidates and nurture admission leads

📝 Maintain accurate call records and update the CRM/database with customer interactions

👥 Coordinate with senior counsellors and the admissions team for smooth processing of applications

🎯 Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly admission and counselling targets

💬 Handle student and parent inquiries professionally while delivering an excellent counselling experience

🌟 Build long-term relationships with students and parents through continuous guidance and support

💰 Salary:

💵 Fixed Salary: ₹18,000 – ₹30,000 (As per Experience & Skill)

💸 Incentive: ₹50,000+ (Based on Performance)
