AC-HVAC Technician

• Key ResponsibilitiesPerform preventive and corrective maintenance of HVAC and air-conditioning systems.
• Install, inspect, troubleshoot, and repair AC units, AHUs, FCUs, chillers, VRF/VRV systems, and ventilation equipment.
• Attend and resolve guest complaints related to air-conditioning and refrigeration systems.
• Monitor and maintain HVAC equipment, compressors, motors, thermostats, and control panels.
• Carry out refrigerant leak detection, gas charging, and routine servicing.
• Maintain refrigeration equipment, including cold rooms, freezers, and kitchen cooling units.
• Ensure optimum performance and energy efficiency of HVAC systems.
• Maintain daily maintenance records, equipment logs, and service reports.
• Follow hotel SOPs, safety standards, and statutory compliance requirements.
• Coordinate with the Engineering team and external vendors for maintenance and emergency repairs.

Working Conditions:

• Rotational shifts, including weekends and public holidays.
• Work in indoor and outdoor environments, rooftops, plant rooms, and confined spaces.
• Ability to climb ladders, lift equipment, and respond to emergency breakdowns.
• On-call availability for urgent HVAC maintenance requirements.
