Job Description

Key Responsibilities

  • Customer Interaction: Handle incoming calls, WhatsApp messages, and service requests from clients.
  • Service Scheduling: Assign daily service visits or repair tasks to field technicians and track their status.
  • Issue Resolution: Solve customer complaints quickly to maintain a high level of customer satisfaction.
  • Data Management: Maintain clear records of daily service calls, customer feedback, and pending tasks in Excel or CRM.
  • Team Coordination: Follow up with internal teams to ensure timely delivery of parts or services.
