Job Description
Act as a bridge between the Accounts & Finance team and Top Management.
- Review and monitor accounting, taxation, banking, compliance, and audit activities handled by the team.
- Ensure timely preparation and presentation of MIS, financial reports, cash flow reports, and management dashboards.
- Coordinate with auditors, consultants, banks, and government authorities for finance-related matters.
- Analyze financial performance, identify risks, and provide actionable insights to management.
- Drive process improvements, financial controls, and automation initiatives across the department.
- Monitor team KRAs, ensure timely completion of tasks, and maintain accountability.
- Possess strong knowledge of accounting principles, Tally/ERP systems, and financial reporting, without being involved in routine accounting entries.
