Job Description:
We are looking for an energetic and result-oriented Field Sales Executive to promote and sell our Lead Distribution Software to businesses.
The selected candidate will visit potential customers, understand their business requirements, demonstrate the benefits of our software, and encourage them to purchase a subscription.
The Field Sales Executive will be responsible for generating qualified prospects, conducting product demonstrations, and converting interested businesses into paid software subscribers.
Key Responsibilities:
- Introduce and explain our Lead Distribution Software.
- Visit businesses and meet potential customers in person.
- Understand the customer’s lead-management and sales requirements.
- Demonstrate how the software helps distribute leads efficiently among sales team members.
- Convince customers to subscribe to the software.
- Generate new business opportunities through field visits, cold calling, networking, and referrals.
- Follow up with interested customers and close sales.
- Achieve weekly and monthly sales targets.
- Maintain accurate records of customer meetings, follow-ups, and sales activities.
- Build long-term relationships with customers.
- Coordinate with the technical and customer-support teams during customer onboarding.
- Collect feedback from customers and share market insights with management.
- Required SkillsStrong communication and presentation skills.
- Good negotiation and convincing abilities.
- Confidence in meeting business owners and decision-makers.
- Basic understanding of CRM, lead management, or business software.
- Ability to work independently and achieve sales targets.
- Willingness to travel regularly for customer meetings.
- Good follow-up and relationship-management skills.
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in field sales, software sales, SaaS sales, or B2B sales is preferred.
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent qualification preferred.
- Freshers with strong communication and sales skills may also apply.
- A two-wheeler and valid driving licence may be required for field visits.
