Job SummaryWe are looking for a Collection Write-Off Executive with 2–3 years of experience in collections and recovery. Candidates with experience in both DRA (Debt Recovery Agency) and Non-DRA collections are encouraged to apply. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in managing write-off accounts, recovery strategies, customer negotiations, and maintaining compliance with company policies.

• Key ResponsibilitiesHandle collection and recovery of write-off accounts.
• Follow up with customers through calls and other communication channels.
• Negotiate repayment plans and settlements to maximize recoveries.
• Maintain accurate collection records and update systems regularly.
• Coordinate with internal teams and external agencies to resolve delinquent accounts.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and regulatory guidelines.
• Achieve monthly recovery and collection targets.
• Prepare recovery reports and MIS as required.
• Required QualificationsBachelor's degree in any discipline.
• 2–3 years of experience in collections, recovery, or write-off account management.
• Experience in DRA and/or Non-DRA collections is mandatory.
• Strong negotiation and communication skills.
• Good knowledge of collection processes and recovery strategies.
• Basic proficiency in MS Excel and other MS Office applications.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet recovery targets.
• Preferred SkillsCustomer handling and conflict resolution.
• Analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Team player with a results-oriented approach.
• Knowledge of banking/NBFC collection processes is an added advantage.
