Job Description

Job title: Export Documentation Executive-FMCG


 Department: Export

Geography covered: Corporate office, Santej- Ahmedabad  

Reports to: Export Manager


Key Responsibilities:


 Prepare and process export documents such as commercial invoices, packing lists, bills of

lading, certificates of origin, and other required documentation.

 Ensure compliance with export regulations, including customs procedures, licensing

requirements, and trade restrictions.

 Coordinate with shipping agents and freight forwarders to arrange for the smooth movement of

goods.

 Maintain accurate records of export shipments and documentation.

 Resolve documentation-related issues and discrepancies.

 Provide support to the sales team regarding export procedures and documentation

requirements.

 Liaise with regulatory authorities for obtaining necessary permits and licenses.

 Conduct regular audits of export documentation to ensure compliance.

 Stay updated on export regulations and industry best practices. 

 

Education


 Bachelor's degree in Commerce, Logistics, or a related field.


Experience

 Minimum 2-3 years of experience in export documentation, preferably in the FMCG industry.

 Hands-on experience with export procedures, documentation, and compliance requirements.

 Knowledge of international trade terms (Incoterms).

 Proficiency in export documentation software. 


Budget Max - Rs 35000 CTC per month
