Job Description
About the RoleEazyPC is looking for a sharp, target-driven Sales Executive to convert inbound leads from our website (eazypc.in) into paying customers. You'll be the first point of contact for customers interested in buying refurbished laptops — understanding their needs, recommending the right device, and closing the sale.
- Key ResponsibilitiesRespond promptly to leads generated via website, calls, WhatsApp, and chat
- Understand customer requirements (budget, use-case, specs) and recommend suitable laptops
- Follow up consistently with warm/cold leads to drive conversions
- Maintain accurate lead and sales records in CRM/Excel
- Coordinate with the operations/dispatch team post-sale
- Handle basic objections around refurbished product quality, warranty, and pricing
- Requirements1–3 years of experience in sales/tele-sales (e-commerce, electronics, or B2C preferred)
- Strong communication skills in Hindi and English
- Comfortable with high call/chat volume and CRM tools
- Basic understanding of laptop specifications is a plus
- Self-motivated, target-oriented, good with follow-ups
