Soldering Operator / Soldering Technician

Job Summary

We are looking for a skilled and detail-oriented Soldering Operator / Soldering Technician to join our mobile manufacturing team. The candidate will be responsible for performing soldering operations on mobile phone components and PCBs while ensuring quality standards and production targets are met.

Key Responsibilities

1. Perform manual soldering and de-soldering of electronic components on PCBs.
2. Assemble and repair mobile phone components as per production requirements.
3. Inspect solder joints and ensure proper connectivity and quality.
4. Use soldering irons, hot air stations, and other repair tools safely and effectively.
5. Follow ESD (Electrostatic Discharge) and safety guidelines during operations.
6. Identify and report defective components or process issues to the supervisor.
7. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the work area.
8. Meet daily production and quality targets.
9. Support rework and repair activities when required.

Required Skills

• Basic knowledge of electronic components and PCB handling.
• Ability to perform fine-pitch soldering.
• Good hand-eye coordination and attention to detail.
• Understanding of ESD practices and workplace safety.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

Educational Qualification

• ITI / Diploma in Electronics, Electrical, or related field preferred.
• 10th/12th pass candidates with relevant soldering experience may also apply.

Experience

• 0–2 years of experience in soldering, electronics assembly, or mobile manufacturing.
• Freshers with soldering training or certification can also be considered.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in mobile phone manufacturing or repair.
• Knowledge of SMT and PCB assembly processes.
• Familiarity with quality inspection standards.
