Job Description
Responsible
for installation, shifting, reactivation, speed / technology upgradation for
Airtel broadband / DTH & surveillance customers in the defined area
• Responsible for timely installation along with quality of installation /workmanship.
• Responsible for seamless installation experience
• Responsible for process & SOP adherence
•Responsible for productivity as per defined criteria
• Responsible for maintaining desired / defined etiquette during visit at
customer premises
•Responsible for KPI delivery as per target
• Responsible for identification of improvement areas & define corrective
actions
• Responsible for continuous improvement in customer experience
• S2S activities (New sales, rental upgrade, technology migration, LOB products ETC)
• Responsible for timely material consumption
• Work closely with all stakeholders to ensure smooth operations.
• Improvement of Conversion, TAT, Quality of workmanship.
