Job Title: Relationship Manager – Finance
Department: Sales / Business Development / Financial Services
Location: On-site
Experience: 1–5 years
Job Summary
We are looking for a dynamic and customer-focused Relationship Manager – Finance to build and maintain strong client relationships while promoting financial products and services. The ideal candidate will be responsible for acquiring new customers, managing existing client portfolios, achieving sales targets, and providing financial solutions tailored to clients' needs.
Key Responsibilities·
Acquire new clients through referrals, leads, networking, and field sales activities.
· Build and maintain long-term relationships with customers by understanding their financial requirements.
· Promote financial products such as personal loans, business loans, home loans, loan against property, insurance, mutual funds, and investment solutions.
· Guide customers through the loan application, documentation, and approval process.
· Cross-sell and upsell financial products to maximize revenue.
· Conduct regular follow-ups to ensure customer satisfaction and retention.
· Achieve monthly and quarterly sales and business targets.
· Maintain accurate customer records and update CRM systems.
· Coordinate with credit, operations, and underwriting teams to ensure smooth processing.
· Ensure compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements.
Required Skills·
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
· Strong sales, negotiation, and relationship management abilities.
· Good understanding of banking, lending, and financial products.
· Customer-focused with strong problem-solving skills.
· Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software.
· Ability to work under pressure and achieve sales targets.
Qualifications·
Bachelor's degree in Commerce, Finance, Business Administration, Economics, or a related field.
· 1–5 years of experience in banking, NBFCs, financial services, or loan sales.
· Experience in handling retail or corporate clients is preferred.
· Knowledge of KYC, lending processes, and financial regulations is an added advantage.
Preferred Qualifications· Experience in selling loans, insurance, wealth management, or investment products.
· Existing network of customers or business partners is preferred.
· Strong understanding of financial planning and customer relationship management.
