We're Hiring | Business Development Manager (BDM)

At ELEVEIIM, we're transforming higher education by bringing AI, Data Science, Data Analytics, Generative AI, Digital Marketing, Graphic Designing, and Future Skills to colleges and universities across India.

We're looking for a Business Development Manager (BDM) with a strong Education Sales background who can build institutional partnerships and drive business growth.

📍 Location: Mohali, Sector 82 (On-site)

Male candidates preferred

Key Responsibilities: Visit colleges and universities to promote ELEVEIIM's industry-focused programs

✔️ Meet Principals, Directors, Chairpersons, and Management Teams to build strategic partnerships

✔️ Deliver impactful presentations and business proposals

✔️ Identify and develop new institutional business opportunities

✔️ Build and maintain long-term relationships with academic decision-makers

✔️ Achieve business development and revenue targets

  • Candidate ProfileEducation Sales experience is mandatory
  • 2–5 years of experience in Education Sales, Academic Sales, Institutional Sales, or B2B Education Sales
  • Well-groomed, presentable, and professional personality
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
  • Strong relationship-building and networking abilities
  • Confident in interacting with senior academic leadership and management
  • Willingness to travel for college and university visits
  • Self-motivated, target-driven, and result-oriented

Preferred Background⭐ Preference will be given to candidates with prior experience in leading EdTech organizations such as BYJU'S, upGrad, PhysicsWallah (PW), NIIT, Great Learning, Simplilearn, Emeritus, Jaro Education, CollegeDekho, or similar education and EdTech companies.
