Job Title: Client Relationship Executive

Job Summary:

We are looking for a dynamic and customer-focused Client Relationship Executive to build and maintain strong relationships with clients while driving sales over the phone. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, the ability to understand customer needs, deliver persuasive sales pitches, generate leads, and close deals effectively.

Key Responsibilities:

• Contact prospective and existing clients through phone calls.
• Generate new business leads and convert inquiries into sales.
• Present and explain products or services confidently.
• Build and maintain long-term client relationships.
• Understand customer requirements and provide suitable solutions.
• Follow up with potential clients to maximize conversions.
• Handle customer queries and resolve concerns professionally.
• Maintain accurate records of client interactions in the CRM system.
• Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure excellent customer service.

Eligibility:

• Minimum 6 months of experience in Client Relationship, Telecalling, Inside Sales, Customer Relationship Management, or Sales.
• Any Graduate or Diploma holder can apply.
• Fresh communication skills with a customer-centric approach.
