Security Guard

Responsibilities:

• Monitor and patrol hotel premises, including entrances, exits, parking areas, and common spaces.
• Ensure the safety and security of guests, staff, visitors, and hotel property.
• Check and control access to the hotel, verifying visitor and vendor entries when required.
• Respond promptly to security incidents, emergencies, alarms, and guest concerns.
• Maintain a visible security presence to deter theft, vandalism, and unauthorized activities.
• Conduct regular inspections of the property and report any suspicious activities or safety hazards.
• Assist guests with directions, information, and basic support when needed.
• Coordinate with management and emergency services during incidents or emergencies.
• Prepare and maintain accurate security logs, incident reports, and shift records.
• Ensure compliance with hotel safety, security, and emergency procedures at all times.

सुरक्षा गार्ड की जिम्मेदारियाँ (Responsibilities):

• होटल परिसर, प्रवेश द्वार, निकास द्वार, पार्किंग क्षेत्र एवं अन्य सामान्य स्थानों की नियमित निगरानी और गश्त करना।
• अतिथियों, कर्मचारियों, आगंतुकों तथा होटल की संपत्ति की सुरक्षा सुनिश्चित करना।
• होटल में आने-जाने वाले आगंतुकों, विक्रेताओं एवं अन्य व्यक्तियों के प्रवेश की जांच एवं नियंत्रण करना।
• किसी भी सुरक्षा घटना, आपातकालीन स्थिति, अलार्म या अतिथि की शिकायत पर तुरंत प्रतिक्रिया देना।
• चोरी, तोड़फोड़ एवं अनधिकृत गतिविधियों को रोकने के लिए सतर्क एवं दृश्यमान सुरक्षा उपस्थिति बनाए रखना।
• होटल परिसर का नियमित निरीक्षण करना तथा किसी भी संदिग्ध गतिविधि या सुरक्षा जोखिम की सूचना प्रबंधन को देना।
• आवश्यकतानुसार अतिथियों को मार्गदर्शन, जानकारी एवं बुनियादी सहायता प्रदान करना।
• आपातकालीन परिस्थितियों में प्रबंधन एवं संबंधित आपातकालीन सेवाओं के साथ समन्वय करना।
• सुरक्षा लॉग बुक, घटना रिपोर्ट एवं ड्यूटी रिकॉर्ड को सही एवं अद्यतन बनाए रखना।
• होटल के सभी सुरक्षा, स्वच्छता एवं आपातकालीन नियमों और प्रक्रियाओं का पालन सुनिश्चित करना।
