Job Description

​Key Responsibilities (Kaam kya karna hoga):

  • ​Technician Management: Daily basis par field technicians se coordinate karna, unke calls attend karna, aur unki problem solve karna.
  • ​Reporting & Tracking: Technicians ke daily calls aur work status ki report maintain karna (Excel/Google Sheets par).
  • ​Attendance Management: Sabhi technicians ki daily attendance aur login/logout time track karna.
  • ​Tele-sales & Calling: Diye gaye data par continuous calling karna, customer se baat karna, aur sales convert karna.
  • ​Back-end Support: Office me baithkar baki ke operational aur data entry ke kaam sambhalna.
