Sales Manager

Key Responsibilities

• Generate leads through field visits, references, and networking.
• Meet residential, commercial, and industrial customers to understand their solar requirements.
• Explain solar products, project benefits, ROI, and government subsidies.
• Conduct site visits and coordinate with the technical team for feasibility.
• Prepare quotations and follow up with customers until closure.
• Achieve monthly sales targets and business goals.
• Build and maintain long-term customer relationships.
• Coordinate with the operations and project teams for smooth project execution.
• Maintain daily sales reports and update CRM/MIS.
• Collect customer documents and assist in the project onboarding process.

Eligibility

• 1–4 years of experience in Field Sales, Solar Sales, Electrical Products, Construction Materials, or Building Materials.
• Freshers with excellent communication skills and a passion for sales can also apply.
• Must own a two-wheeler and possess a valid driving license.
• Willingness to travel for customer meetings and site visits.
