Job Description
Key Responsibilities
- Generate leads through field visits, references, and networking.
- Meet residential, commercial, and industrial customers to understand their solar requirements.
- Explain solar products, project benefits, ROI, and government subsidies.
- Conduct site visits and coordinate with the technical team for feasibility.
- Prepare quotations and follow up with customers until closure.
- Achieve monthly sales targets and business goals.
- Build and maintain long-term customer relationships.
- Coordinate with the operations and project teams for smooth project execution.
- Maintain daily sales reports and update CRM/MIS.
- Collect customer documents and assist in the project onboarding process.
Eligibility
- 1–4 years of experience in Field Sales, Solar Sales, Electrical Products, Construction Materials, or Building Materials.
- Freshers with excellent communication skills and a passion for sales can also apply.
- Must own a two-wheeler and possess a valid driving license.
- Willingness to travel for customer meetings and site visits.
