Job Description
About the InternshipSkylinx Global Solutions is inviting enthusiastic and career-oriented individuals to join our Corporate HR Internship Program. This internship is designed to provide practical exposure to Human Resources operations, recruitment, employee engagement, HR administration, documentation, and organizational processes in a professional corporate environment.
Interns will work closely with experienced HR professionals and leadership, gaining hands-on experience in real-time HR activities while developing the skills required to build a successful career in Human Resources.
Key Roles & ResponsibilitiesAs an HR Intern, you will be involved in:
- Talent Acquisition & RecruitmentSource candidates through job portals, social media platforms, and professional networks.
- Screen resumes and shortlist suitable candidates.
- Schedule interviews and coordinate with candidates.
- Conduct initial HR screening interviews.
- Maintain candidate databases and recruitment trackers.
- Ensure a smooth candidate communication process.
- HR OperationsAssist in employee onboarding and induction activities.
- Prepare and maintain employee records and documentation.
- Support HR policy implementation and compliance activities.
- Coordinate internship and employee documentation.
- Maintain confidentiality of employee information.
- Employee EngagementAssist in planning employee engagement activities.
- Coordinate internal events and team-building initiatives.
- Support employee communication programs.
- Collect feedback and assist in employee satisfaction initiatives.
- HR AdministrationMaintain HR MIS reports and dashboards.
- Update attendance and internship records.
- Prepare HR reports and documentation.
- Assist in maintaining HR databases and digital records.
- Learning & DevelopmentCoordinate training schedules.
- Maintain training attendance records.
- Assist in preparing learning materials and documentation.
- Support employee skill development initiatives.
- HR Compliance & DocumentationAssist in preparing HR letters and official documents.
- Support documentation related to recruitment, onboarding, and employee lifecycle.
- Maintain organized HR files and records.
- Skills RequiredGood verbal and written communication skills.
- Professional attitude and interpersonal skills.
- Basic understanding of Human Resource Management.
- Strong organizational and coordination abilities.
- Attention to detail and documentation skills.
- Basic knowledge of MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality.
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
Eligibility CriteriaApplicants should meet the following criteria:
- Graduate or Postgraduate in HR, Business Administration, Management, Commerce, Psychology, or related disciplines.
- MBA (HR) students and recent graduates are encouraged to apply.
- Freshers are welcome.
- Strong interest in pursuing a career in Human Resources.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Willingness to work from the Hyderabad office for the complete internship duration.

Completion of the internship does not guarantee permanent employment.
