Job SummaryWe are seeking a dynamic, enthusiastic, and result-oriented Admission Counsellor to guide prospective students in choosing the right career programs. The ideal candidate will be responsible for converting enquiries into admissions by understanding students' career aspirations, providing accurate course information, and ensuring a seamless admission process while maintaining excellent customer service.

• Key ResponsibilitiesHandle inbound and outbound calls to prospective students.
• Counsel students and parents regarding courses, career opportunities, and the admission process.
• Convert leads into admissions by providing personalized career guidance.
• Conduct face-to-face counselling sessions and campus visits.
• Follow up with leads through calls, WhatsApp, emails, and other communication channels.
• Maintain accurate records of enquiries, follow-ups, and admissions in the CRM.
• Achieve monthly admission and revenue targets.
• Coordinate with the operations and academic teams for smooth onboarding of students.
• Assist students with documentation, fee payment, and admission formalities.
• Participate in education fairs, seminars, webinars, and promotional activities.
• Build and maintain long-term relationships with prospective students.
• Provide regular updates and reports on counselling activities to the reporting manager.

• Basic knowledge of MS Office and CRM software.

• Eligibility CriteriaBachelor's degree in any discipline (MBA/PGDM preferred).
• 1–4 years of experience in admissions, education counselling, sales, telecalling, or business development.
• Freshers with excellent communication skills and a passion for counselling may also apply.
• Preferred ExperienceExperience in EdTech, Training Institutes, Education Consulting, or IT Training organizations.
• Experience in handling admission counselling and lead conversion.
• Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)Monthly admission targets achieved.

• Working HoursMonday to Saturday
