Job Description

  • Handle walk‑in, phone, and online enquiries; explain MBA/Law/other UG entrance exams (CAT, CLAT, IPMAT, CUET etc.), program offerings, fees, and schedules.
  • Counsel students and parents on course/stream selection based on academic background, aptitude, and career goals.
  • Follow up on leads through outbound calls, messages, and emails to convert enquiries into enrollments.
  • Guide enrolled students on class schedules, study plans; coordinate with faculty for doubt‑clearing needs
  • Maintain enquiry and admission records through the ERP.
  • Managing Online/Virtual classes
