the RoleSankalp Elite is looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Real Estate Sales Executive to join our sales team. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, a passion for sales, and the ability to convert leads into successful property bookings.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle inbound and outbound sales inquiries.
• Generate new leads through calls, referrals, and networking.
• Conduct site visits and property presentations for prospective buyers.
• Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable property options.
• Follow up with leads and maintain regular communication until closure.
• Negotiate pricing and close property sales professionally.
• Achieve monthly sales targets and contribute to business growth.
• Maintain customer records and update CRM/sales reports.
• Coordinate with internal teams for documentation and booking processes.
• Build long-term relationships with clients for repeat business and referrals.

Eligibility

• Graduate in any discipline (preferred).
• Freshers with excellent communication skills are welcome.
• Experience in real estate or direct sales will be an added advantage.
• Good communication and negotiation skills in English, Hindi, and Marathi (preferred).
• Self-motivated, target-oriented, and confident personality.
• Basic knowledge of MS Office and CRM software is an advantage.

Compensation & Benefits

• Fixed Salary: ₹15,000 – ₹20,000 per month
