Field Sales Executive

Training Location 28 days full salary - Turbhe (Navi Mumbai)

Job Summary*

We are looking for energetic and customer-focused Field Sales Executives to visit customers at their locations, conduct basic eye screening tests, assist with frame selection, and promote Lenskart products and services. The ideal candidate should have good communication skills and a passion for customer service and sales.

Bike and Licence is Mandatory

Salary Package* - 24,0 00CTC + Petrol Allowance + 2000-3000 Incentives

*Key Responsibilities*

Visit customers at their homes or designated locations as per assigned appointments.

Conduct basic eye screening and vision tests using company-provided equipment.

Explain eye test results and recommend suitable eyewear solutions.

Assist customers in selecting frames, lenses, and other optical products.

Demonstrate product features and benefits to customers.

Generate sales and achieve assigned targets.

Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, eye test results, and sales.

Ensure a professional and positive customer experience during every visit.
