HR Executive

Job Title: HR Executive / HR Recruiter

Job Summary:

We are looking for a motivated and organized HR Executive to manage recruitment and support daily HR activities. The candidate will be responsible for sourcing candidates, conducting initial screenings, coordinating interviews, and assisting with employee onboarding and records management.

Key Responsibilities:

• Post job openings on job portals and social media.
• Source and screen candidates based on job requirements.
• Conduct telephonic interviews and shortlist candidates.
• Schedule and coordinate interviews with hiring managers.
• Follow up with candidates regarding interview status and joining.
• Assist in employee onboarding and documentation.
• Maintain candidate and employee records.
• Handle basic employee queries and HR-related tasks.
• Prepare recruitment reports and maintain HR databases.

Requirements:

• Graduate in any discipline (HR preferred).
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Basic knowledge of MS Excel and recruitment portals.
• Ability to work independently and meet hiring targets.
• Freshers and experienced candidates can apply.
