Job Title: Sales Coordinator
Locaon: Navi Mumbai
Department: Sales
Reports To: Sales Manager
Job Summary:
We are seeking a dynamic and organized Sales Coordinator to join our team. The ideal candidate will support the
sales department by coordinang sales acvies, managing customer relaonships, and ensuring smooth
communicaon between the sales team and other departments. This role requires exceponal organizaonal
skills, aenon to detail, and the ability to handle mulple tasks simultaneously.
Key Responsibilies:
1. Sales Support:
o Assist the sales team in preparing and processing sales orders, quotes, and contracts.
o Coordinate with the logiscs team to ensure mely delivery and installaon of equipment.
o Maintain accurate records of sales acvies, customer interacons, and order status in the CRM
system.
2. Customer Relaonship Management:
o Serve as the primary point of contact for customer inquiries, providing mely and accurate
informaon.
o Follow up with customers to ensure sasfacon and address any issues or concerns.
o Assist in resolving customer complaints and facilitang the return or exchange of equipment as
needed.
3. Administrave Tasks:
o Prepare sales reports, presentaons, and other documentaon as required.
o Schedule and coordinate sales meengs, product demonstraons, and other events.
o Handle incoming and outgoing correspondence, including emails and phone calls.
4. Sales Data and Reporng:
o Monitor sales performance metrics and provide insights to the sales team.
o Assist in the analysis of sales data to idenfy trends, opportunies, and areas for improvement.
5. Collaboraon:
o Work closely with other departments, such as markeng, finance, and operaons, to ensure
alignment and support for sales iniaves.
o Provide feedback to the sales team regarding customer needs, market condions, and competor
acvies.
Qualificaons:
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administraon, Markeng, or a related field (preferred).
Proven experience in a sales support or coordinaon role, ideally in an equipment or industrial sales
environment.
Proficiency in CRM soware and Microso Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
Strong organizaonal and multasking skills with aenon to detail.
Excellent communicaon and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
Familiarity with sales processes and equipment industry standards is a plus.
