About Bellway RealtechBellway Realtech is a rapidly growing real estate company specializing in premium residential and commercial projects. We are looking for an energetic and result-oriented HR Executive who is passionate about recruitment and talent acquisition.

  • Key ResponsibilitiesManage end-to-end recruitment for multiple positions across the organization.
  • Source candidates through job portals, social media, employee referrals, and other recruitment channels.
  • Screen resumes and shortlist suitable candidates.
  • Conduct telephonic screening and schedule face-to-face or virtual interviews.
  • Coordinate interviews with department heads and hiring managers.
  • Follow up with candidates throughout the hiring process.
  • Maintain daily recruitment reports and hiring trackers.
  • Post job openings on various job portals and social media platforms.
  • Build and maintain a strong candidate database.
  • Ensure timely joining of selected candidates.
  • Coordinate onboarding and document collection for new employees.
  • Meet daily, weekly, and monthly hiring targets.
  • Maintain positive candidate relationships and provide an excellent hiring experience.
  • Required SkillsExcellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong recruitment and sourcing abilities.
  • Knowledge of job portals such as Naukri, Indeed, Apna, LinkedIn, etc.
  • Basic knowledge of Microsoft Excel and Google Sheets.
  • Ability to work under pressure and achieve hiring targets.
  • Good organizational and time management skills.
  • QualificationBachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or any graduate discipline.
  • MBA/PGDM in HR will be an added advantage.
  • Experience1–3 years of recruitment experience.
  • Experience in bulk hiring or real estate recruitment will be preferred.

Salary₹20,000 – ₹35,000 per month (Based on experience) + Attractive Performance Incentives
