Job Description
Job Title: HR Recruiter / Recruitment & Operations Executive
Salary: ₹15,000 – ₹23,000 per month
Working Hours:
* 10:00 AM to 7:00 PM
* 1 Hour Lunch Break (1:00 PM – 2:00 PM or as per mutual scheduling)

Job Overview:
We are looking for an experienced and proactive HR Recruiter to manage recruitment, candidate coordination, onboarding support, and recruitment operations. The ideal candidate should be comfortable with high-volume calling and handling multiple hiring requirements simultaneously.
Key Responsibilities:
* Make 100–150 calls daily to candidates for recruitment and onboarding purposes.
* Source, screen, shortlist, and coordinate candidates for Business Development Executive and other company requirements.
* Conduct candidate follow-ups and coordinate recruitment activities until onboarding.
* Maintain recruitment tracker sheets, candidate databases, and daily reports.
* Manage candidate records and recruitment documentation accurately.
* Coordinate with internal teams regarding hiring requirements and candidate status updates.
* Ensure smooth execution of recruitment and onboarding processes.
* Support administrative and operational activities related to hiring and workforce management.
* Handle account-opening and onboarding-related calling campaigns whenever required.
* Maintain daily productivity reports and recruitment MIS.
Requirements:
* Minimum 1 year of HR Recruitment, Telecalling, or Talent Acquisition experience preferred.
* Strong communication and convincing skills.
* Comfortable making 100-150 calls per day.
* Good knowledge of Google Sheets, Excel, and recruitment tracking.
* Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet hiring targets.
* Self-disciplined and result-oriented professional.
