Job Description
We are looking for a dedicated and organized Service Coordinator to manage home loan file processing and coordination activities. This is primarily an office-based role. The candidate will work from our Erandwane and Wakad offices (2–3 days at each location).
Job Responsibilities
- Prepare and verify home loan files before submission.
- Submit loan files to banks and coordinate with bank officials.
- Track file progress and ensure timely processing.
- Inform the sales/team about bank queries and required documents.
- Coordinate with banks, and the internal team to ensure smooth and timely file processing.
- Maintain proper records and regular follow-ups.
Requirements
- Male or Female candidates can apply.
- Own bike is mandatory.
- Valid Driving License is mandatory.
- Good communication skills.
- Responsible, punctual, and self-motivated.
- Comfortable with full-time office work.
- Willing to work from both Erandwane and Wakad offices as required.
