Job Title: Purchase ManagerLocation: jambhulwadi near Koliwadi road Pune, Maharashtra

Salary: ₹30,000 – ₹35,000 per month (Based on Experience)

Job SummaryTeam ASK Engineers Pvt. Ltd. is looking for an experienced Purchase Manager to manage procurement activities for Aluform, Aluframe, MS Formwork, Scaffolding, and Engineering Manufacturing. The candidate will be responsible for vendor development, material planning, price negotiations, purchase orders, and ensuring timely availability of raw materials for production.

• Key ResponsibilitiesProcurement Planning: Plan and procure raw materials, hardware, consumables, and engineering items as per production requirements.
• Vendor Management: Develop and maintain relationships with suppliers, manufacturers, and vendors to ensure timely delivery and competitive pricing.
• Purchase Order Management: Prepare and issue Purchase Orders (POs), follow up with suppliers, and ensure timely material delivery.
• Price Negotiation: Negotiate prices, payment terms, delivery schedules, and contracts with suppliers.
• Inventory Coordination: Coordinate with Production and Stores departments to maintain optimum inventory levels and avoid material shortages.
• Quality & Compliance: Ensure purchased materials meet quality standards and project specifications.
• Cost Control: Identify cost-saving opportunities without compromising quality or delivery schedules.
• Documentation: Maintain purchase records, quotations, vendor databases, invoices, and procurement reports.
• RequirementsEducation: Graduate / Diploma / B.E. (Mechanical, Production, Civil, or related field)
• Experience: 3–5 years in Purchase / Procurement, preferably in Engineering, Fabrication, Construction, or Manufacturing industries.
