Field Service Engineer

Job Summary

We are looking for a Service Engineer to install, commission, troubleshoot, and maintain air compressors, air dryers, and compressed air systems. The role involves providing on-site technical support to customers across various manufacturing industries while ensuring timely and high-quality service.

Key Responsibilities

• Install, commission, and service air compressors and air dryers.
• Perform preventive maintenance and attend breakdown calls.
• Troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, and pneumatic issues.
• Inspect equipment and recommend repairs or spare part replacements.
• Prepare service reports and maintain maintenance records.
• Coordinate with customers and internal teams for service activities.
• Ensure compliance with safety standards and company procedures.
• Support AMC, warranty, and emergency service requirements.

Qualifications

• Diploma/B.E./B.Tech in Mechanical, Electrical, Mechatronics, or related field.
• ITI candidates with relevant experience may also apply.

Experience

• 6 month to 2 years of experience in servicing air compressors, air dryers, or industrial equipment.
• Freshers with strong technical knowledge can be considered for trainee roles.

Required Skills

• Knowledge of air compressors, air dryers, and pneumatic systems.
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
• Basic understanding of electrical and mechanical systems.
• Good communication and customer service skills.
• Willingness to travel extensively.
