Job Description
JOB DESCRIPTION
Manage full-cycle accounting operations for factory/manufacturing unit
Oversee month-end and year-end closing processes
Maintain and reconcile general ledger accounts
Monitor and control all factory expenses (labor, raw materials, utilities, maintenance, logistics, etc.)
Perform cost accounting, including product costing and variance analysis
Track raw material consumption and production costs
Manage inventory accounting and stock reconciliation
Prepare financial statements and management reports
Develop and monitor budgets and forecasts
Ensure compliance with accounting standards and internal controls
Support internal and external audits
Analyze financial data to improve cost efficiency and profitability
Supervise and guide junior accounting staff
