Job Description

We are looking for an experienced Accountant to manage daily accounting, billing, payments, collections and compliance activities.

Key responsibilities include:

• Maintain sales, purchase, receipt, payment and expense entries in Tally

• Prepare sales bills, debtor lists and vendor payment records

• Handle bank entries, cashbook, petty cash and bank reconciliation

• Calculate salaries, overtime and short-time entries

• Prepare GST and TDS data and coordinate with the CA for timely filing

• Follow up with customers for outstanding payments

• Verify vendor bills and maintain proper financial records

• Process rent, EMI, electricity, Wi-Fi and other regular payments

• Prepare monthly financial and outstanding reports for management

Requirements:

• Good knowledge of Tally, GST, TDS and MS Excel

• Experience in billing, accounting and bank reconciliation

• Strong accuracy, follow-up and documentation skills

• Minimum 1-2 years of accounting experience preferred

• Commerce graduate preferred
