Job Description

*Assist AC technicians in installation, servicing, repair, and maintenance of air conditioning systems.

*Carry tools, equipment, spare parts, and materials required for service jobs.

*Help in AC dismantling, installation, shifting, and commissioning work.

*Assist in copper piping, wiring, insulation, gas charging, vacuuming, and leak testing under technician supervision.

*Clean indoor and outdoor AC units, filters, coils, and work areas after service completion.

*Load and unload tools, equipment, and materials safely.

*Maintain tools and ensure proper handling and storage of equipment.

*Support technicians in troubleshooting and basic repair activities.

*Follow safety guidelines and use PPE while working on-site.

*Ensure timely reporting to assigned job locations.

*Coordinate with technicians and supervisors for daily work assignments.

*Maintain cleanliness and organization of the workshop and service vehicle.

*Report damaged tools, equipment, or any site-related issues to the supervisor.

*Learn technical skills and company service procedures to grow into a technician role.

*Follow company policies, attendance rules, and discipline standards.
