Dhansetuu is Hiring for TL Position
Company: Dhansetuu Pvt. Ltd.
Location: Noida Sec 16, A-25, 1st Floor
Profile: Personal Loan & OD Sales
Salary: upto 40 k-inhand +Attractive Incentives
Recuirements:-
*2+ years in Loan Sales – PL/OD with channel partners or DSA
*1+ year team handling experience – 5+ member team minimum
*Strong market knowledge of Noida/Delhi NCR
* Team Management: training and monitoring daily performance of AROs & Sales Executives
*Target Delivery: Achieve monthly disbursal targets for Personal Loan and OD
* Lead Handling: Distribute leads, track login to disbursal ratio, reduce TAT
* Market Development: Build & maintain DSA/connector network in Noida/Ghaziabad
* Reporting: Daily MIS, team reviews, coordination with banks & operations
