🚀 We're Hiring | Business Development Executive (B2B Sales) – Work From Home
Aidway Consultancy Services is looking for a passionate and result-driven Female Business Development Executive (BDE) to join our growing team.
If you're enthusiastic about B2B sales, lead generation, and building client relationships, we'd love to hear from you!
📍 Location Preference✅ Candidates from Delhi NCR, Noida, Ghaziabad, Greater Noida, Gurgaon, or Faridabad
🏠 Work ModeWork From Home (WFH)
🌎 ShiftUS Business Hours (Evening/Night Shift as required)
💼 Experience1–3 Years in B2B Sales / Business Development
Key Responsibilities✔ Lead Generation through LinkedIn, Apollo, Email & Online Research
✔ Cold Calling & Cold Email Outreach
✔ Schedule qualified client meetings
✔ Follow up with prospects and nurture leads
✔ Maintain CRM and sales pipeline
✔ Submit daily activity and performance reports
✔ Work closely with the founder to generate new business opportunities
Required Skills✔ Excellent spoken and written English
✔ Experience in B2B Sales
✔ Hands-on experience with LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Apollo.io, or similar prospecting tools
✔ Basic knowledge of CRM platforms (HubSpot, Zoho CRM, Pipedrive, etc.)
✔ Self-motivated with a strong desire to achieve targets
✔ Comfortable working in the US time zone when required
✔ Reliable internet connection and laptop
PreferredExperience in any of the following:
• Healthcare BPO / Revenue Cycle Management (RCM)
• Recruitment & Staffing
• IT Services
• Digital Marketing
• Consulting Services
