Job Description

We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Channel Development Manager with a proven track record in the real estate sector. This role involves expanding our market presence by identifying, onboarding, and nurturing relationships with channel partners, including brokers, real estate agents, and wealth management firms. The primary goal is to drive sales velocity through a robust and engaged partner network.


**Requirements & Qualifications**

- **Experience:** 3 to 7 years of active experience in Channel Sales / Channel Development within the Real Estate industry (Mandatory).

- **Network:** An established, active network of real estate brokers and channel partners in the local market.

- **Skills:** Exceptional negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills. Strong presentation skills are a must.

- **Attributes:** Self-motivated, target-driven, and capable of working in a fast-paced environment.
