Position:

Fashion Consultant & Draping Specialist (Male/Female)

Age 25-35 only 

Salary:

₹20,000 – ₹28,000 per month (Depending on experience and work performance)

Experience Required:

* Minimum 3+ years of relevant experience (Mandatory)

* Strictly No Freshers

Job Timing:

* Monday to Saturday: 10:00 AM – 10:00 PM

* Sunday: 10:00 AM – 9:00 PM

* Monthly Holidays: 2 Sundays only

Job Responsibilities:

* Understand customer requirements through reference images sent via WhatsApp or other online platforms.

* Sometimes customers will provide only a reference picture, while sometimes they will also specify a preferred colour theme.

* Select suitable garments from the store according to the customer’s reference.

* Drape garments professionally on a mannequin and click clear photographs to send to customers.

* Take accurate body measurements of artists/clients.

* Understand garment design, styling, and construction, then clearly explain the design and cutting requirements to the workshop cutting master.

* Estimate the fabric requirement by analysing body measurements and reference images.

* Ensure minimum fabric wastage by planning economical fabric cutting.

* Accompany clients to fabric markets whenever required for fabric selection and cutting.

* Have strong knowledge of different fabrics, their quality, fall, texture, and suitability.

* Be familiar with economical fabric markets and purchase cost-effective fabrics as required by the company.

* Perform professional draping using different styles and garment types.

* Stay updated with the latest fashion trends, styling techniques, fabrics, and silhouettes.

* Complete assigned work politely, professionally, and responsibly.

Attendance Policy:

12th of every month
