*🔹 1. Sales Quotation Preparation Executive*

*📍 Location: Wagle Estate, Thane (West)*

*💰 Salary: ₹20,000 – ₹25,000 per month*

*🎯 Age: Below 30 years*

*👨‍💼 Gender: Male / Female – Both can apply*

*Key Responsibilities:*

Assist the Sales Team in preparing sales quotations.

Draft professional emails and manage email correspondence.

Check and respond to emails as required.

Prepare and maintain quotation-related documents.

Support the Sales Team in day-to-day coordination and documentation.

*Requirements:*

Good proficiency in MS Word, MS Excel and Email.

Good typing speed and computer skills.

Reasonable fluency in English.

Strong communication and coordination skills.

*Preferred Experience:*

Prior experience in preparing Quotations / Tenders.

Experience with GeM (Government e-Marketplace) or similar tender portals will be an advantage.

Candidates with experience in *Mechanical Engineering / Industrial Valves / Engineering Manufacturing* companies will be preferred.

*🔹 2. Planning Engineer*

*📍 Location: Wagle Estate, Thane (West)*

🏭 *Factory Visits: 2 days per week at the company's factory in Kudus (approximately 20 km from Bhiwandi)*

*💰 Salary: ₹30,000 – ₹35,000 per month*

*🎯 Age: Below 30 years*

*👨 Gender: Male candidates preferred*

*Key Responsibilities:*

Manage overall order execution planning.

Coordinate with Purchase, Design and Manufacturing Teams.

Prepare and monitor production/order execution plans.

Follow up with various departments to ensure timely order execution.

Coordinate with the factory team regarding production progress.

Track order status and ensure timely completion of activities.

*Requirements:*

Strong computer skills with proficiency in MS Excel, MS Word and Email.

Good communication skills in English, Hindi and Marathi.

Strong coordination, planning and follow-up skills.

Prior experience in a similar Planning / Production Planning / Order Execution role is mandatory.

*Preferred Experience:*

Experience in a Mechanical Engineering company.

Experience in Fabrication / Manufacturing.

Experience in Industrial Valves Manufacturing or similar engineering industries will be highly preferred.
