Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
Generate new business opportunities and expand the customer base across assigned territories.
Promote and sell industrial lubricants, metal working fluids, greases, and lubricant oils to B2B customers.
Visit industrial clients to understand their requirements and recommend suitable lubrication solutions.
Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing customers.
Conduct product presentations, technical discussions, and customer demonstrations.
Prepare quotations, negotiate commercial terms, and close sales orders.
Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
Monitor market trends, customer feedback, and competitor activities.
Coordinate with technical, operations, and supply chain teams for timely order execution.
Follow up on payments and ensure timely collection of receivables.
Maintain accurate customer records, sales reports, and CRM updates.
Provide excellent after-sales support to ensure customer satisfaction.
