## About the Role

We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented Social Media Executive to manage and grow our brand's presence across social media platforms. We are a multi-service company offering home services, carpentry, catering, and videography & photography services. This is a great opportunity for someone early in their career who is passionate about content creation, trends, and building online communities for a services-based business.

## Key Responsibilities

- Plan, create, and schedule engaging content (posts, reels, stories) across platforms like Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, and X (Twitter)

- Create dedicated content highlighting each service vertical: home services, carpentry, catering, and videography & photography

- Manage day-to-day posting calendar and ensure consistent brand voice and visual identity

- Monitor comments, messages, and mentions, responding promptly and professionally

- Stay updated on social media trends, tools, and best practices relevant to the services industry

- Collaborate with the design/content team to produce graphics, videos, and copy

- Track performance metrics (engagement, reach, follower growth) and prepare basic reports

- Assist in running social media campaigns, contests, and promotions

- Research competitors and industry trends to identify content opportunities

- Coordinate with influencers or partners for collaborations, if required

## Required Skills & Qualifications

- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Mass Communication, Journalism, or related field (or equivalent experience)

- 0–2 years of experience managing social media accounts (internships count)

- Strong understanding of major social media platforms and their best practices

- Good written communication and copywriting skills

- Basic knowledge of design tools like Canva, or editing tools like CapCut/InShot (Photoshop/Premiere Pro is a plus)

- Familiarity with social media scheduling/analytics tools (e.g., Buffer, Hootsuite, Meta Business Suite) is a plus

- Creative mindset with an eye for visual storytelling

- Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment

- A good sense of current trends, memes, and online culture

## Good to Have

- A personal portfolio or social handles showcasing past content work

- Basic photography/videography skills

- Understanding of SEO and hashtag strategy
