Job Description

Profile: Customer Service Executive - HSBC Credit Card Process

Location: Thane


Eligibility:

  • Graduate (Mandatory)
  • Minimum 6 Months Inbound Voice BPO Experience
  • Excellent English Communication
  • CIBIL Score: 650+ or 0 (No Loan Defaults)

Salary: ₹26,000 In-Hand | ₹32,000 CTC

Shift: Rotational Day Shift (6:30 AM - 8:30 PM | Any 9-Hour Shift)

Week Off: 2 Rotational Week Offs

Benefits: Centralized Pick-up & Drop from Thane Station

Selection Process: HR → AMCAT → Operations → Client
