Marketing Manager

About the Role

We are looking for energetic, outgoing, and customer-focused professionals to join our BTL Marketing & Brand Activation team. The role involves conducting promotional activities at malls, residential societies, corporate parks, events, exhibitions, and other high-footfall locations to generate quality customer leads.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct on-ground BTL marketing and brand activation activities.
• Engage with customers at malls, societies, events, and corporate locations.
• Promote Club Mahindra holiday memberships and explain key benefits.
• Generate quality customer leads by collecting relevant information.
• Invite prospective customers for sales presentations.
• Set up and manage promotional kiosks and activation counters.
• Distribute promotional materials and merchandise.
• Build positive customer relationships and represent the brand professionally.
• Meet daily and monthly lead generation targets.
• Coordinate with the sales team for lead handover and follow-ups.
• Submit daily activity and lead generation reports.

Eligibility

• Experience in BTL Marketing, Promotions, Brand Activation, Field Marketing, Events, Retail Sales, or Customer Engagement is an advantage.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Energetic personality with a customer-first attitude.
• Comfortable working in the field and on weekends if required.
