Job Description

We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented HR Executive to support our Human Resources department. The ideal candidate will be responsible for recruitment, onboarding, employee engagement, maintaining employee records, and ensuring compliance with company policies and labor regulations.

  • Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including job postings, resume screening, interview scheduling, and candidate coordination.
  • Conduct employee onboarding and orientation programs.
  • Maintain employee records and HR databases with accuracy and confidentiality.
  • Support payroll inputs, attendance, and leave management.
  • Coordinate employee engagement activities and training programs.
  • Assist in performance management and employee appraisal processes.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and applicable labor laws.
  • Address employee queries and provide HR-related support.
  • Prepare HR reports and documentation as required.
