Job Description

  • Identify and connect with potential customers through calls, emails, social media, and in-person meetings.
  • Follow up on leads generated through marketing campaigns, referrals, and other sources.
  • Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable products or services.
  • Build strong relationships with prospects and existing customers.
  • Convert inquiries into sales by effectively handling objections and negotiating with customers.
  • Meet or exceed monthly sales targets.
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions in the CRM system.
  • Coordinate with the technical and support teams to ensure smooth customer onboarding.
  • Prepare sales reports and provide regular updates to the Sales Manager.

Represent Aadarsh Technologies professionally during customer interactions.
