Job Description
Review customer inquiries, RFQs, and technical specifications.
Prepare techno-commercial proposals, cost estimations, and quotations.
Coordinate with design, production, procurement, and sales teams for technical inputs.
Perform cost calculations and prepare pricing strategies while maintaining profitability.
Clarify technical requirements with customers and provide suitable solutions.
Prepare proposal documents, presentations, and tender submissions.
Follow up on submitted quotations and support the sales team during negotiations.
Maintain records of proposals, pricing data, and project documentation.
Participate in customer meetings and provide technical support when required.
Ensure timely submission of accurate and competitive proposals.
