About the Role

We are seeking an experienced and result-driven Visa Counsellor (Australia Migration Specialist) to join our on-site team. The role focuses primarily on Australian migration pathways, including skilled migration, employer-sponsored visas, partner visas, and visitor visas. In addition, the candidate should also have knowledge of tourist and visitor visa processes for other countries. You will guide clients through the complete consultation, assessment, and documentation process with precision and professionalism.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct detailed consultations for Australian migration pathways (Skilled, Employer Sponsored, Partner, Visitor visas)
• Assess client profiles based on Australian immigration eligibility criteria
• Recommend suitable visa options and migration pathways
• Clearly explain requirements, documentation, timelines, and processes
• Assist in preparing, reviewing, and organizing complete visa applications
• Stay updated with Australian immigration laws, policy changes, and PR pathways
• Handle tourist and visitor visa applications for other countries (e.g., UK, USA, Canada, Europe, etc.) as required
• Maintain regular follow-ups and build strong long-term client relationships
• Handle client queries via in-person meetings, calls, and consultations
• Achieve monthly consultation, application, and conversion targets

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in any discipline (preferred)
• Prior experience in visa counselling or immigration consultancy (Australia-focused preferred)
• Strong understanding of Australian migration programs (Skilled Migration, PR pathways, Employer Sponsorship, etc.)
• Knowledge of tourist and visitor visa processes for multiple countries (UK, USA, Canada, Europe, etc.)
• Excellent communication, persuasion, and client-handling skills
• High attention to detail and documentation accuracy
• Ability to work under targets and pressure
• Strong customer-focused mindset
• Proficiency in English (additional languages are an advantage)
