Qualification – B.Pharma/D.Pharma/ Graduate/Postgraduate/Management,

or related disciplines.

Experience - 2 to 3 Yrs

Working Days – 5 days (Monday to Friday)

We are looking for a detail-oriented and analytical professional to join the team. The role primarily

involves product compliance monitoring across e-commerce platform of flipkart, identification of

non-compliant or illegal product listings, and tracking regulatory developments related to online e-commerce and product governance. The ideal candidate should possess strong analytical and research skills, with the ability to interpret financial and product-related data, maintain accurate documentation in a dynamic team environment.

• Good understanding of e-commerce ecosystems and online product governance.

• Effective communication and stakeholder management skills.

Job Profile –

• Stay updated with Flipkart’s policies, category-specific requirements, and platform guidelines.

• Exposure to financial statement analysis, reporting, or dash boarding tools will be an added advantage.

• Knowledge of compliance frameworks, fraud risk monitoring, or marketplace governance processes is preferred.

• Monitor leading e-commerce platforms to identify prohibited, non-compliant, counterfeit, or illegal products being sold online.

• Review product listings, seller information, product claims, and supporting documentation to identify potential compliance risks.

• Track statutory, legal, and regulatory updates related to e-commerce, product compliance, financial crime, and consumer protection.

• Perform data analysis using Excel and structured reporting techniques to identify trends, policy violations, and risk indicators.

• Prepare management reports, dashboards, trackers, and escalation summaries for internal stakeholders.

• Contribute towards process improvement initiatives and enhanced monitoring methodologies.

• Candidates with exposure to financial analysis, data analysis, compliance monitoring, or risk assessment roles will be preferred

• Coordinate and communicate with the concerned team.
