Front Office Executive

We are looking for a proactive and customer-focused professional to manage post-calibration customer relationships and drive repeat business. The primary responsibility is to ensure customers renew their calibration services on time, identify additional calibration opportunities, and maintain long-term customer relationships.

The ideal candidate should possess strong communication skills, the ability to build trust with industrial customers, and a passion for achieving sales targets through customer retention and relationship management.

Business Development

• Generate repeat calibration orders from existing customers.
• Cross-sell additional calibration disciplines such as Pressure, Thermal, Force, Electrical, Mass, Dimensional, and Time & Frequency.
• Identify opportunities for annual calibration contracts (AMC).

Customer Relationship Management

• Maintain strong relationships with quality managers, maintenance teams, production departments, and purchase teams.
• Resolve customer queries and coordinate with operations for timely service.
• Collect customer feedback after service completion.

Sales Coordination

• Prepare Quotation/Invoices
• Coordinate with the scheduling team for onsite calibration.
• Track quotation conversion / Payment Followup
• Ensure timely submission of calibration certificates.
