Job Description
Key Responsibilities
- Make outbound calls to hot leads (parents’ data provided by the company).
- Explain our kids' brand photoshoot event and available packages.
- Understand customer requirements and provide suitable service information.
- Build trust and effectively convert leads into confirmed bookings/sales.
- Maintain follow-up with interested parents and track lead status.
Required Skills
- Excellent communication skills (Hindi & English).
- Strong convincing & negotiation skills.
- Customer-focused attitude and positive mindset.
- Ability to handle objections and close sales confidently.
Eligibility
- Minimum HSC/Graduate preferred.
- Prior telesales/customer service experience.
