Job Description

Job Responsibilities

  • Promote and sell industrial weighing solutions, including weighbridges, platform scales, load cells, and weighing indicators.
  • Generate new business opportunities through customer visits and follow-ups.
  • Prepare and submit techno-commercial quotations.
  • Conduct product demonstrations and technical presentations.
  • Install, commission, and troubleshoot weighing systems at customer sites.
  • Perform preventive maintenance, calibration support, and breakdown services.
  • Provide technical support and training to customers.
  • Coordinate with internal teams for order execution and after-sales service.
  • Maintain customer visit reports, service reports, and sales records.
  • Achieve monthly sales and service targets while ensuring high customer satisfaction.
