Job Description

Recruitment & Talent Acquisition:

  • Manage the full-cycle recruitment process, from job posting to onboarding.
  • Collaborate with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and job requirements for open positions.
  • Source, screen, and shortlist candidates through various channels, including job boards, social media, career fairs, and employee referrals.
  • Conduct initial phone screens and in-person/virtual interviews to evaluate candidates' qualifications, experience, and cultural fit.
  • Coordinate and schedule interviews with hiring managers, ensuring a smooth and timely interview process.
  • Prepare and extend job offers, negotiate salaries, and handle candidate queries related to benefits and compensation.
