Job Description
High-Volume Sourcing: Source candidates through job portals, social media, campus drives, local job fairs, and referral networks.
Screening & Assessment: Conduct initial phone screens and group interview sessions to quickly evaluate candidates for basic requirements and culture fit.
Drive Execution: Plan and execute large-scale walk-in drives, field recruitment drives, and virtual mass hiring events.
Pipeline Management: Maintain a strong talent pool/pipeline to meet daily and weekly onboarding targets.
Stakeholder Coordination: Work closely with hiring managers and operations teams to understand immediate headcount requirements.
Data & Reporting: Track daily recruitment metrics, conversion rates, and offer acceptance ratios using ATS/Excel.
